You Are Already Enough.
You Still Show Up for the Work.
Seven days on a sailboat around Elba. Nine souls. Salt purifies. Sweat transforms. Silence integrates.
June 21-28, 2026 or June 28-July 5, 2026 · Tuscany, Italy · €1,666
You Know Who You Are
You've done the workshops. The retreats. The therapy. The plant medicine. The daily practice.
You're not broken. You're not seeking salvation.
But you are seeking integration.
You know you're already enough — and you still show up to do the work.
You bring all of yourself: intensity, shame, beauty, love.
You're ready for depth. For intimacy. For transformation that's real, not performed.
This retreat is for you.
What This Week Is
This is not vacation. This is not escape. This is seven days of integration in an intimate container.
- Nine people total (three facilitators, six participants)
- One Bavaria 44 sailboat
- The Tuscan sea as teacher
- Salt · Sweat · Silence as map
We sail. We practice. We sit. We share. We integrate. Small enough to be real. Long enough to go deep.
What This Week Is NOT
- Not for beginners (you need an active yoga/meditation practice)
- Not for the burned-out seeking escape (you're engaged with your life)
- Not guru-worship (we hold space together, not above you)
- Not spiritual bypassing (we face the shadow, not avoid it)
If you're running FROM something, this isn't the container. If you're running TOWARD wholeness, welcome home.
Salt · Sweat · Silence
The Trinity of Transformation
Three pathways. One week. Complete integration.
SALT (Sea/Sailing)
Surrender to something larger than yourself.
Every day, we sail the Tyrrhenian Sea around Elba's archipelago. You don't need sailing experience — you need willingness to work with wind and water, to trust the crew, to let forces larger than yourself move you.
The Physical
- Daily sailing (3-4 hours)
- Everyone participates (helm, sails, navigation, galley)
- Porto Santo Stefano → Elba → hidden coves → return
The Metaphor
- Salt purifies what needs cleansing
- Salt preserves what matters most
- The sea teaches surrender
- The crew teaches trust
Working a sailboat requires presence, collaboration, and surrender. You can't control the wind. You can only adjust your sails and trust your crew. This is the work.
SWEAT (Yoga/Workout)
Meet resistance in the body to meet resistance in the soul.
Morning vinyasa builds heat. Evening yin cools down. The body is not separate from the psyche — resistance in one reveals resistance in the other.
The Physical
- Morning yoga (90 min vinyasa flow on deck)
- Evening practice (60 min yin/restorative)
- Optional workouts (movement as meditation)
The Metaphor
- Sweat is the body's prayer
- Heat transforms
- Effort reveals edges
- Embodiment = wisdom lives here
You already have a yoga practice. Here, we deepen it. We ask: Where do you push? Where do you back off? What does your body know that your mind doesn't? This is the work.
SILENCE (Meditation/Inner Work)
In the space between, integration happens.
Stillness is not empty. Silence is not absence. This is where the day's experiences settle, where insights emerge, where you hear yourself.
The Physical
- Morning meditation (30-45 min sitting practice)
- Evening reflection (integration circles or solo time)
- Silent meals (occasionally)
- Solo reflection periods (reading, journaling, ocean-gazing)
The Metaphor
- Silence reveals what noise obscures
- The pause is where transformation lives
- Not empty silence, but full presence
- Listening more, speaking less, integrating always
You already sit. Here, we go deeper. We create spaciousness for what wants to emerge. We listen to the inner voice, not just outer teachers. This is the work.
Tuscany · Elba · The Tyrrhenian Sea
Porto Santo Stefano is our home port — a charming Italian fishing village on Tuscany's coast, 90 minutes north of Rome. From there, we sail to Elba (Napoleon's island) and the surrounding archipelago. Crystal-clear water. Hidden coves. Medieval villages. Sun-drenched days. Star-filled nights.
Daily Rhythm
(flexible framework, not rigid schedule)
The Boat: Bavaria 44 (4 cabins, shared spaces, intimate quarters)
The Weather: Late June in Tuscany = warm sun, gentle winds, perfect sailing
The Container: Small enough to be real. Long enough to go deep.
Nine People · Seven Days · One Intention
Why 9?
Small enough that everyone is seen. Big enough for diverse perspectives. Intimate enough for real vulnerability. Spacious enough to breathe. Three facilitators. Six participants. We co-create the container together.

The Nourishment
Vegan meals, prepared together.
- Plant-based eating lightens the body for deep practice
- Cooking together builds community
- Simple, nourishing food supports the work
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Italian simplicity. Mediterranean abundance.
The Substance Policy
We hold a conscious container.
This is a drug-free space with one intentional exception: occasional ceremonial use of plant medicine (cannabis, psilocybin) in held, consensual contexts.
- This is not recreational. This is not required. This is not the focus.
- If you have experience with plant medicine and know how to hold it ceremonially, we'll discuss further in the application process.
- If you don't, that's completely fine — the retreat is powerful without it.
Who This Is For
Green Flags
You're probably our person if...
- You have an active yoga practice (2-4x/week, comfortable with vinyasa flow)
- You have a regular meditation practice (daily or near-daily sitting)
- You've done inner work (therapy, shadow work, plant medicine, breathwork)
- You're emotionally grounded (not in acute crisis, know your patterns)
- You've done group intensives before (retreats, workshops, courses)
- You resonate with "you are already enough" (and still show up for transformation)
- You're running toward integration (not running from problems)
- You're comfortable with intimacy and vulnerability in small groups
Red Flags
This probably isn't the right fit if...
- You're new to yoga/meditation (you'll be overwhelmed)
- You're in crisis mode (using retreat to escape acute problems)
- You're seeking a guru (we're facilitators, not saviors)
- You're spiritually bypassing (avoiding feelings with 'love and light')
- You're looking for luxury (this is transformation, not vacation)
- You're running from something (not running toward integration)
- You're emotionally unstable (unmanaged mental health conditions)
The Mayestra Test
If you resonate with the song 'A Joyful Man' by Mayestra — the message that you are already enough, the invitation to bring all of yourself (intensity, shame, beauty, love), the grounded spirituality — you're probably our person.
Listen to it. Sit with it. If it lands, apply.
